Ad-Hoc Services (Hourly Rates)
- Standard Hourly Rate: €135/hour
- Discounted Rate for Subscribers: €125/hour
Subscription Service: Flexible Support Package
Monthly Subscription (8 Hours):
- Includes 8 hours of support for general employee relations advice, ad-hoc questions, and guidance.
- Additional hours beyond 8 per month are charged at a discounted hourly rate
- Unused hours do not roll over, ensuring fair and predictable usage.
- Upto 30 employees/volunteers
Cost: €950/month
Set Costs for Employee Relations Processes
Mediation Services
Half-Day Mediation: €750
Full-Day Mediation: €1,250
Includes a pre-mediation consultation, the mediation session, and a post-mediation summary.
Dignity and Respect Training
Half-Day Workshop: €750
Full-Day Workshop: €1,250
Custom training tailored to the organisation's policies and challenges.
Estimated Costs
Workplace Investigations
Investigations are priced based on the scope of the work and typically require around 5 days of effort.
Standard Investigation (5 days): €5,400
Includes initial scoping, document review, interviews, report writing, and follow-up consultation.
Complex Investigation: Priced upon consultation based on the anticipated duration and complexity.
Optional Add-Ons
- WRC Representation & Preparation: Starting at €1,500/day.
- Policy Review and Drafting: Priced on consultation.
- Customised Employee Relations Training: Tailored sessions priced on scope and duration.
VAT: Our pricing excludes Vat, where appropriate this is applied in addition to the rates stated above at the rate applicable to professional services.
